Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final client-specific work will transfer to the client after all applicable project payments have been fully received.
Third-party software, plugins, fonts, stock images, templates, or other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.
Towo Socials may retain ownership of its pre-existing tools, processes, systems, templates, concepts, and reusable resources.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Towo Socials may display completed work created for a client in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, or other promotional materials.
If a client requires a project to remain confidential, this should be communicated and agreed upon before or during the project.
For marketing and advertising services, Towo Socials does not guarantee specific sales, leads, rankings, engagement levels, revenue, or other business outcomes.
Marketing performance can be affected by factors outside our control, including advertising platforms, competition, market conditions, budgets, audience behavior, algorithms, and the client’s products or services.
Advertising spend paid to third-party advertising platforms is separate from our service fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.

However, we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings, website traffic levels, conversion rates, or business results.
Search engines and third-party platforms may change their algorithms, policies, or functionality without notice.
Either party may request to terminate an ongoing service arrangement in accordance with the terms of the applicable project or service agreement.
Any outstanding fees for work already completed or expenses already incurred may remain payable.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Towo Socials will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.
